Worst experience of ever. The doctor-lady is a totally mad lady. She doesn't know anything about medication and she is really mad: be careful with her. The receptionist is an ugly girl rude and stupid: she doesn't even say good morning. I warmly advice to skip this GP!!

The surgery has the longest wait to time to address patients issues, The team members have an appalling attitude towards the patients, not listening and talking over patients does not allow the patients to be listened to. Doctors calls when missed due to no fault of the patient can be frustrating as it takes another hour to get through to the surgery to return the call. Sadly delivers a very poor service all around.

Every time i need to call this gp it's a massive struggle. The recepcionist is really rude and hard to deal with, you have to be the most polite person for her to listen to you. The last problem i had was last monday talking with the doctor. I spent a day in urgencies because of a very bad pelvic pain, they told me to call my gp to ask for a scan. On monday I called the gp and she told me that to have a scan i need to be married, and that this is just period pain, she gave me a prescription for strong painkillers without providing the scan that other doctors told me I NEED, and because I AM NOT MARRIED she couldn't provide it. What is this? A joke? Simply don't register here.

Deserves a 0 rating really. Possibly the rudest doctor ever. Who proclaims she can attend to only one problem at a time ! If u bring up another thats for the next appointment (which is impossible to get anyway) A disgrace to the medical community at large. And a lot heartless. This couple is quite well known around Reading for signing up more patients than they can handle,,,and then turning them away !

Worst surgery ever! 1 star is too much for this horrible GP! The receptionist and the doctors doesn't respect the patients, doesn't care if you're in pain, never contact you back, they are no sympathetic at all. I had an ultrasound scan more than a month and a half ago, which says that I have multiple stones in my kidney. They didn't bother to contact me about it, I called them and they simply don't care, it doesn't matter if I'm suffering in pain since the beginning of May! And this is JUST ONE of the bad things that happened to me in this place. I strongly advise for you to not register in this GP.
