One receptionist Kelly gives out very bad advice regarding prescriptions. The doctors are great during appointments, pharmacy staff are also very pleasant. I do wonder, what sort of doctors closes early without notice, because this one does.

The doctors are good but it's almost impossible to book an appointment for the week unless is for 7 am and emergency appointments just if you go personally there at 8 am. I am 37 weeks pregnant i dont have a car and I am calling from 7 am. First the voicemail says the surgery is closed, then from 8 am the line is just always busy. Seriously the appointment service is just rubbish.

Been a patient at this doctors since I was a little girl. Can safely say it's gone down hill big time. You get told to phone up at 8am in the morning but then dont get through till gone half past to then find out theres no appointments. You ring to get an appointment a different day and get told you can't. Doctors are good when you do get to see them but also some doctors have no time to listen or be understanding. The receptionists are quite rude just to top it all off.

I've never had any trouble with the clinicians, but it's an absolute nightmare getting to that point

I've never had any trouble with the clinicians, but it's an absolute nightmare getting to that point. It used to be you'd call at 8am for an appointment and be on hold for an hour. But now the phone doesn't even ring at all. You have to quickly get ready and go round there in person just to ask for a phone call. And once you get there the receptionists are very rude and abrasive, even if you don't dare to mention the phones. Sometimes you almost get the impression they're struggling to understand what you've come to them about, but they're trying to cover it up by pretending all the patients are idiots. On the plus side the clinicians are pretty quick at getting in touch.

What kind of surgery is this? Called around 100 times from 8:00 clock they never pick up or respond to the call. If we go to the surgery to make an appointment then they say its fully booked call in the morning time AT 8:00. They don't care about peoples life. Please do something about it 🙏.

Worst surgery in Reading since they merged together. Rude staff never answer the phone in the morning always engaged then your told there no appointment left. If your short of staff then why don’t you employ more staff. I feel so sorry for the vulnerable people no wonder there more death. This surgery needs closing down.
