Ridiculous being told the surgery is closed on the phone line when calling during opening hours!! Especially when told this is the only way I can be assessed by a doctor quickly. The system at this doctors is seriously broken and people's health are suffering as a result. Is it really that hard to implement a phone waiting and que system like they have at many doctors surgeries around the UK.

The doctors are perfect however it is the receptionists that are the issue with the surgery . They simply. Hate their jobs and anyone who needs them to do any work. Most unhelpful useless staff I have ever encountered. However, it's an experience I guess!!

The care at this GP surgery is shocking, I am a uni student and I was really struggling with panic attacks and low mood, so I went to the doctors to see if they could give me some advice. After spending 3 days trying to get through to the receptionist to get an appointment, I was there for less than 2 minutes and given antidepressants. Now, I am not a doctor, however I know that the first line treatment for anxiety/depression is talking therapy or something like CBT, I was offered a 'quick fix' of drugs instead which after starting you have to be on for at least a year after you start feeling better. I was given no advice, I didn't know who I could talk to or anything, which is a massive oversight and could be so dangerous for other people! I'm not the only one this has happened to and my friends have been given these sort of medications after running to the surgery because their heart rate is elevated and they were sweating - so apparently that means they must have anxiety and need to be put on anti-anxiety medication. It's really worrying and could have a detrimental effect on people's health. Please avoid this surgery!

I’ve tried booking an appointment twice in the last few weeks and the new system is awful where it’s only over the phone as I never get a call back from the doctor in order to actually be seen or resolve my issue. I have been having problems with pain for over 6 years and Chancellor house only keeps prescribing me the same drugs over and over again but I’m not allowed to have them as a repeat. I want the pain resolved not moderated to mild, especially as it’s been getting worse

We as a family have been with this surgery since 2008, the staff are lovely. When surgery over runs it is a nightmare, parking can be awful but parking around the corner is generally easier. Sometimes trying to get thru to the surgery in afternoons an be very tricky, the new system of speaking to the GP on the phone before making appt is a much better service. Overall i give 8/10

Very poor service . I have been registered with this surgery for the past 10 years and used to have a friendly receptionists and they always helped out and listened. Now the reception is not friendly at all and not helpful. They don’t even try to hear us out . They don’t try to understand our issues and speak only theirs . Have a vague time frame to speak speak to a GP not to see them . Very rude the receptionist . Not happy at all and I will be moving my registration

Absolutely the most ridiculous and unprofessional human beings I have ever encountered! No care for thier patients... In fact it seems like they actively want to drive my chronically ill friend to suicide, thier staff have even suggested that he should in the past, along with confirming that his planned method would be successful. There is clearly a lot of race related bias running amok here, and the receptionist thinks the word 'advocate' means 'lawyer' (or I suppose barrister for those of us who were educated outside of American sitcoms). Either way mistaking me for a legal professional was enough to scare them into calling the police rather than issue a prescription for my very sick friend who ended up in a&e because these people are too lazy and racist to do thier jobs. Speaks volumes of thier care practices if they are so terrified of someone who might have some legal training (but actually just has a wider vocabulary than your receptionists). The police thought you were ridiculous too.

Extremely awful and unprofessional. Never come across a more unprofessional practise, I feel sorry for all patients who come here as they are 100% not receiving the proper care they deserve.
