It’s quiet big place which includes Llyods pharmacy as well. As this it’s a big place but don’t have enough parking for visitors. Another problem is problem with surgery is for appointments you have to call them 8 o clock every morning if you miss this half an hour slot you can’t have appointment receptionist are hesitant to give next day slots. Doctors are excellent especially doctor Singh is the best I have never seen such a professional in my life.

Receptionists are lovely and very helpful. Most of the doctors and nurses are wonderful and very helpful and very thorough. However I took my son in to see dr Kiyani and I was disgusted the way he treated my child! Treated him like he should of been in quarantine. If you don’t like to be In contact with common illnesses why become a doctor? Could of worn a mask or gloves which I would of been fine with but I’m mortified the way he treated my son will avoid any further appointments with him.

This medical centre is the best I've ever had - they took me seriously when I described some symptoms I was having, sent me to a specialist straight away and got my cancer diagnosed very quickly. Since then they have telephoned me so I don't have to attend the surgery, sent prescriptions straight to my local pharmacy and have always treated me with kindness. God Bless the NHS!!

Doctors are nice and practice is okay but timing is awful. There is always delay and no communication. We are told missed appointments cost NHS which is true but practice doesn’t understand the value of time of patients. Today my wife had an appointment for physio at 10:30 but she wasn’t seen until 11:10, we had another appointment at 11:30 which we missed due to this. In general they are not very good with the time although the rest is fine.

I cannot recommend this surgery or their staff at all. How this surgery is operating is beyond a joke. Perfect example is today, the website says they are opened since 7 AM so I try to call, line busy. Line busy is when someone picks up the actual main line and keeps it busy, not when you are in a queue. Normally, you get put into a queue and the robot tells you which queue position you are. I keep trying to call, until 9:59 every few mins. At 9:59 the line suddenly becomes available and the robot replies, telling me I`m at queue position 11. OK... waiting, when I finally get to speak to the reception and asked for a booking, nope, we are fully booked. The woman tells me to call back tomorrow morning. Well this is a bad joke, waiting 3 hours because they kept the phone offline, waiting for the queue to empty just to be told call back tomorrow morning. I tried to challenge what the receptionist said and the reply was: "we are open since 8 AM, call back tomorrow morning.". I also asked where can I make a complaint and the woman told me on the website (tricks on me, there is no email or form where you can complain to on their website). Clearly if it's Monday, they keep the phone receptor on the desk... so it says "line busy", until they drink their coffee or whatever. Then if you are lucky when it comes online, you get a booking. Now the situation is that I have been trying to resolve a skin condition for more than 6 months, seen several GP's, took several treatments, but none of them worked. I imagine it was just a "test" and they have no actual experience in the domain. I`m out of this surgery.

3/ 5

Generally, the doctors and nurses are extremely polite and helpful. They have modernised in the response to COVID-19, enabling patients to send pictures via SMS or email rather than relying on a face-to-face visit. One huge detriment to their reputation however is the fact that you must call at 8am for a quick appointment, otherwise wait several weeks. It has created a chaotic frenzy among patients who call the surgery in droves the moment the clock strikes 8am, and getting through before 09:30am is nearly impossible. Fix this poor service, bottleneck approach and it would be a massive boost to your service. Similarly, ditch the "you must live local" to be a patient attitude, it is up to surgeries to decide this approach and in this world where people work far from home, it is not always convenient or helpful, particularly for patients who have been with you for several years.
