Bupa Health and Dental Centre Reading reading

I have been a long-standing client of both the dental and medial side of this centre. Their professionalism, quality of service and flexibility is a reason I continue to go back. I would highly recommend them for a pay monthly private dental program, as well as their health assessments.

I have been going to this dental office for YEARS with my four children. The staff are some of the kindest, most professional and experienced teams I have ever come across (from my experience with Canadian, American and English dentists.) Clean, efficient and pleasant. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent dental treatment in a modern building with all 'modcons'.Really friendly reception staff as well, help to make a trip to the dentist enjoyable.

First class service from Bupa Dental Reading. I've been a patient for many years now and Aravind Sampath the dentist and Jo Partridge the practice manager were able to fit me in at short notice to get a tooth out and then arrange a follow up appointment to ensure everything was OK.

Having had problems with a broken molar for some time and was unable to get any satisfactory treatment, just temporary fillings which fell out almost immediately and became infected. Despite intense pain and need for treatment, I found no positive help until, through Reading BUPA Dental, an appointment was arranged by a professional administrator called Joanna Chandler, a delightful lady to speak with who also managed to push/delay upcoming appointments in order to fill in the slot for the extraction. Dr. Fady Khoury, a light-handed positive dentist with impressive experience agreed to take some of his own time to do the necessary extraction. I was of course provided with masks, bottled water, gauze, etc... Simply the experience was above and beyond compared with the staggering majority of the dental centres around. Thank you Bupa!

Special thanks to Dr. Aravind Sampath whose work results have been amazing every single time he treated me over the past 4+ years. I was very nervous and sceptical at the beginning, when I first registered with Bupa Dental, because, before registering with this clinic, I was treated by a different dentist from the Reading University Health Centre who left me psychologically traumatised, since every appointment I had there was just like some scene from horror movies. That being said, all my concerns were quickly dissolved from my very first appointment with Dr. Aravind Sampath from Bupa Health and Dental Centre - Reading. The care and services I received here have been and remained excellent throughout the many years that I've been their patient. Their work is truly amazing! Dr. Aravind Sampath is very gentle and put me at ease within moments. And just to give you an example: I've had 2 wisdom teeth extracted recently under local anaesthetic during a couple of pain-free and stress-free appointments with Dr. Aravind Sampath and his assistant. It all happened super quick and I didn't feel any pain whatsoever, I didn't need to take any painkillers, not even one tablet! So, if you are a nervous patient like me, then this is THE place to go!
