Great service. I tried hugely expensive private aids once and they were worse. Helpful staff and drop on service good with waits generally not too bad. Hospital appears to house them in the worst shed of a building.

The service here is first rate - attentive, courteous and efficient. I would like to offer this verse in tribute: I was always saying ‘pardon’ when my ears began to fade. But now I rarely say it since I got my hearing aid. I used to turn the TV up, but now I turn it down; since I got my hearing aid I have less cause to frown! My family used to mumble but now I hear each word. Since I got my hearing aid every syllable is heard. It really is a miracle, the difference it has made. I’m grateful to the NHS for my precious hearing aid!

Wonderful service from RBH and West Berks Hospital Audiology Depts. Lucy at West Berks Community Hospital had the presence of mind to set up my replacement hearing aids whilst I was delayed 20 mins for my appointment, so the fitting was very quick. Thanks also to RBH Audiology for making Lucy aware of my expected eta.
