Every time I have had an appointment, be it on site or telephone, the hospital has been bang on time and the medical teams have been brilliant. I can't thank you guys enough for the way I have been treated. Keep up the good work in these trying times.

I attended accident and emergency yesterday - 28th December - I could not possibly thank the staff enough for the care and attention I received. Everything was very efficiently dealt with and flowed very smoothly. Again many thanks to all involved.

I'm extremely disappointed that I have waited 15 months for a simple minor hernia op and now because I have waited so long in between two hospital Trusts. Now it is a major operation reconstruction and also my hernia has been growing for two years now!! Even my doctors can't understand why I have waited so long!! Where as lots of other people's operations have gone ahead and mine has not!! Also they are ruining my life as can't work etc or claim benefits!!

Stayed in Dorrell ward prior to and after surgery for gallbladder removal. Every single member of staff I encountered knew what they were doing, were friendly and couldn’t do enough to make comfortable, day and night. The surgery team explained everything prior to the operation. First class service by all Thank you Paul Hudson
