Lovely surgery. The staff are great - really efficient and friendly. You might have to wait a little, as you do in all surgeries, but it's worth it as the doctors will take their time with you and make sure you get the care you need.

It infuriates me that the appointments often run late. However when I do get to see the doctor I understand why. The doctors devote the necessary time to the patients and not the just the 5 minute allocation that has been set to ensure targets are met - which we must remember is not the fault of the surgery. The medical professionals are considered, thorough and genuinely seem to care.

A very rude receptionist. Appointment booked by doctor for 9 got there was told "No it's 9:30", then rudely interrupted and told to "Sit" Wasn't seen until around 10 in which time I witnessed the same woman been rude to another 3 people including an elderly lady who seemed very distressed and upset when she arrived and was sent away with no appointment or help. Utterly disgusted people like her shouldn't be working with the public. Makes me very upset especially as there are signs up saying any type of abuse towards staff will not be tolerated. The irony is shocking. Respect works both ways you can't demand it because your a receptionist and a very rude one at that. Such a shame as the doctors are always very nice and helpful just get rid of the rude receptionist!

Unorganised and shambolic are 2 words that come to mind when attempting to describe this practice. Trying to get an appointment is almost impossible and reception staff can be very abrupt. A simple request for repeat prescriptions can be painful! Everytime I request my prescription and I visit the surgery to collect it, it's wrong or it's not signed by the doctor. 2 weeks it took on one occasion to finally get my prescription. I would most definitely not recommended this surgery.

First time I've been to this surgery. 3/5 because of wait without information. There was a wait of 25 minutes at 0900. Understandably one man became impatient , there was no reading material available and no information about the wait. When I finally saw the nurse she told me that the treatment room had been in use by the doctor for minor surgery. Why not tell the waiting patients what the delay is? Surely its common courtesy to do so.
