If you're able to register someone else, I recommend you do! When you actually get to see or speak

2/ 5

If you're able to register someone else, I recommend you do! When you actually get to see or speak to someone they used to be fairly helpful, but the booking in system is absolutely awful! They are still not booking appointments, you have to call between 8:30am and 9:00am and hope you get a call back. They rarely call back when requested, the testing facilities are dreadful, usually results are lost, or very difficult to access. When you do go in for an appointment waiting times are atrocious. Usually 30 minutes past appointment times. At long last I'll be leaving this practice, it's so annoying to have to do this during a pandemic and while pregnant, but if their only advice is to go to the walk in centre, I might as well go elsewhere permanently.
