Some good doctors here but DR Parker absolute brilliant doctor, things could have turned out bad in my life if it wasn't for this lady (thank you) some negative comments on here about waiting times ect but I'm afraid all doctors are like this these days.. fact

Well l had few times issues with members staff not actually doctors they are kind and helpful but l can’t say about reception they think own place and acting daft they can be very snitching just carefully

Just come back from what should have been a prescription review. And met a lovely , informative and honest lady DR. I think her name is DR Hope .It's such a shame that she leaves in March. Thankyou and good luck for your future plans. Who ever gets this lady as a permanent member of staff should know they have a real diamond.

First class Doctors and nurses are also available... Very helpful advice and support...

This surgery used to be first class even during covid, but now its a joke, ill people struggling to get even a phone appointment. The phone line has you waiting for ages then cuts you off. It's got worse even though covid is not as bad.

Having been a patient for 37 I have now moved to the East Coast, I just want to say that the service I have received from Norwood has been outstanding, ALL the staff team have been consistently friendly and professional. My special thanks to Nurse Linda, nothing was too much trouble, always felt that I was receiving the absolute best care, will miss you all, thank you, Phil Sadler

Great surgery, doctors are understand and helpful. Helped a lot with my mental and physical health, only had one bad doctor but they were only temp but everyone else really nice and understanding

Today is Thursday 30/09/21 When I call to speak to a doctor I mean a telephone conversation because you can not get a face to face, the line is saying the surgery is closed!!! My mental health has deteriated in the past couple of weeks to the point my daughter is saying shese going to ring the mental health team if I don't see or contact the GP. I'm leaving this review because if anything does happen and my episodes do get out of control people will know I tried !!!

Just been trying to call to make a phone consultation with a dr says it opens at 8.30am voice mail.says we ate now closed.on website it says open yet no one answering just keep.gtn voicemail to. Say closed
