I haven't been here for very long but twice I've had issues with ordering a repeat prescription. You can't order them over the phone, then twice they said that they would send my prescription electronically to the pharmacy and both times it hasn't been there when I have gone to collect it - and both times, they said that they had forgotten to send it. One of the times, they even gave me an out of date prescription! Appalling service and I shall be registering elsewhere!

You must call exactly at 8:00 am to get an appointment, and will often be on hold for at least 10 minutes. In the past 3 years, there are times where I've been on hold for 40 minutes. They'll call you at some point in the next few hours, but you won't know exactly when. The doctors aren't horrible, but I wouldn't say they're good either. They don't tend to employ much critical thinking in the diagnosis process. The best way to deal with them is to tell them your symptoms, what you think is wrong, and what you want them to do. You have to advocate for yourself.

One star is too high for this place. I have been registered for about 18 months and never had a good experience. I have had my health concerns laughed at and dismissed by a GP, I have been left outside waiting for 45 minutes because the reception staff hadn't noticed me, despite me ringing the doorbell multiple times whilst waiting. When I finally got inside they told me off for being late! Time for waiting for an appointment is ridiculous. If you want an emergency appointment you need a miracle, if you phone at 8am on the dot, you will wait on hold for 40 minutes to be told there are no appointments left and to call back tomorrow. I am currently waiting for a GP letter since last week, and have been told they have no idea when this will be complete and ready for me to collect (despite me paying £10 for the priveledge). Avoid at all costs, the worst GP practice I have ever known.
