Friendly enough doctors once you get yo see them - can't fault how they've been with my kids. As an adult i find its harder..i ring at half 8 it's engaged for 15 minutes n then when i get through all appointments have gone and i have to either have a telephone appointment or call back tomorrow...all good and well but when im trying to get my partner an appointment and he never goes to the doctors this just affirms his ideas that its not worth going. This doctors is a lovely place once you get in and most likely needs more staffing Xx

I don't understand the poor ratings, this practice gets. OK it's been more difficult getting to see a GP, over the last few months, but that's understandable. The new online service seems to work really well, easy to use after the first time. All in all I think they give a good service.

Appointment making is a joke It advertises the appointment system as available until 3 pm but they shut it down at their whim when they think they have their quota of appointments . Have tried Thursday and Friday to make an appointment Ask my gp closed down as at "capacity" . Phoned and spoke to receptionist and was told to either go to A&E or walk in centre . What a farce since Flowers amalgamated with Burngreave .
