The receptionist is polite, friendly and efficient and the doctor I saw was extremely competent if a little brusque. Remember they have ten minutes to see patients and diagnose them properly. It's a difficult job.

If I could give this place a minus ten I would, can never get an appointment, if you tell them you need to see someone, you get told to go to hospital if it's that urgent , even if you phone before the time they say. So rude, if you're moving here and looking for a surgery DO NOT!! use this one, total waste of time.

At first I felt like I was getting no where as I was always going back and it took me a year to finally be on track to find what is wrong with me. Calling up for an appointment they are busy even when I call between 8am-9am.

This surgery, yes, has a high number of patients. 99% out of 100% I can get an appt the very same day if I ring as soon as they open. They now have a fantastic queuing telephone system you are in a queue when you ring. There is no more engaged tone for an hour. The doctors are very good. I've been with this practice for around 16 years now and I wouldn't want to change. Can anybody name another gp surgery where you can get seen the same day because talking to family and friends I can't name one you'd have to wait 2 to 3 weeks. So people that moan who can't get seen that instant there is always the walk in centre. Remember your not the only patient in the world. If your so seriously ill there is the A+E down the road. These guys do an absolutely fantastic job under a very tight stressful situation. 5 stars from me
