I always feel like i am listened to when i come in for my concerns. I have moved around Sheffield with work and found many other surgeries all have the same northern charm. Would happily recommend anybody to the surgery should they be within the catchment

11:30am 02/12/20, Very rude receptionist. Brought mum (who I live with and also care for) to the GP for blood test. We were greeted in an empty surgery by a rude receptionist yelling ''Only one can come in, you have to wait outside'' while waving her hands around and pointing to the door. Been using for over 2 years and already been there once during lockdown and never experienced this rudeness until today. I don't have a problem with the covid distancing rules they have to follow, but there's a way you speak to people. Being rude and aggressive isn't one of them. If we experience this again we will sign up to another GP.
