I have been with this doctor for almost 10 years now. The surgery is clean, the staff are always helpful and friendly on reception, i never have a problem making an appointment or had to wait very long for one. My doctor- well she is just amazing! i feel like she genuinely cares. I wouldn't go anywhere else to see a doctor because mine is just fab!

Doctor was so rude. I am not from England I’m just learning English and I called the doctor about my partner because he couldn’t talk English and she was being so rude saying she didn’t wanna talk to me because of my English and when I asked her something what it meant she wouldn’t explain. The next day my partner had appointment and she was talking nasty about me to him saying I’m only good on the road, asda, tesco and to never use me as a translator again etc. I’ve been in England for 7 years and every time I called my gp or anyone I never had a problem like this if I didn’t understand something they would always explain instead of getting angry Also the thing is she’s not from England either so she knows the struggle of learning another language if she don’t have patience then she shouldn’t be at this job.

I called to make an appointment with my GP and the receptionist didn't because she said that if I have a medical consultation about my illness I can google it and the GP is not for that. I am still freaking out.
