Highly recommended. We’ve booked many holidays with Traveller's World and have always found their professionalism and knowledge second to none. I doubt there are many other travel agents who can boast the first hand knowledge of so many locations. Our ever changing requirements are listened to patiently and interpreted perfectly with options and alternatives suggested. They are also not afraid to come up with ideas “outside of the box” to challenge our own views.

One great thing about living in Salisbury is having, quite possibly, the best Travel Agent in the UK in the centre of town. All the staff are so knowledgeable and go that extra mile to make sure all arrangements are spot on and tailored to your personal needs. Last summer we booked a Villa holiday on the Costa Del Sol and every attention to detail was taken care off. It just makes everything run stress and anxiety free. I have recommended TW to many friends and family and they never disappoint. Whether its a cruise or a safari or just a short city break you know you are in safe hands. Its certainly 5 stars from me.

Avoid like the plague. Wanted to discuss honeymoon options and they came back with a B&B in the middle of a city in Cape Verde. I immediately sent them all the links to several 5* resorts I had found myself, only to be greeted with “that’s the best we could find for your budget” and “that includes us sorting out all your paperwork and insurance”. I booked the honeymoon myself directly at the 5* resort. They’re not interested in putting in any effort to help you, just happy to do the absolute minimum and take your money. Please, take the time to book yourself or go with a standard operator like TUI etc.
