The very few times I have had to use this unit, the reception staff have been very understanding and very professional. Most recently, yesterday, Bank Holiday, pandemic.... the MIU could not offer the advice I needed but they did everything they possibly could to make sure that I got the necessary help.

Been there last year for a sprained foreharm that had swollen up, was seen in 40 mins, xray took 20mins in total; very fast compared to Northern where you could spend your whole day there, being treated like you dont exsist. Will need to go again as ive hurt my right ankle, may be another sprain, but unfortunately am hearing its closed due to covid. May have to grit my teeth, take my chances and waste away at Northen.
