A return visit after a gap of a few years. Very efficient. Spotlessly clean. Great treatment and reception. Highly recommend. This place takes a lot of worry away when you need to make a Hospital visit.

Had my L5 S1 surgery done over here by an outstanding neurosurgeon. The staff were wonderful. Nurse team was outstanding, helpful, understanding and also informative. Can't fault the hospital. Thank you very much.

Absolutely fantastic team at Claremont hospital. Every member of staff I met was extremely kind and courteous. I have had 4 procedures now and would highly recommend this hospital and mr lashen my consultant. Had private surgery done and wasnt wasnt pleased with the results, essentially threw my money away. On top of that they kept badgering me for a bill i had already paid and threatened me with legal action. I paid an upfront cost and got a loan so everything was covered and then they asked for more money after. Professional.

4 weeks after surgery (Bilateral Carpal Tunnel Decompression) and I'm over the moon with the results. The incisions are the some of the smallest I've seen for this procedure. Mr Miller and the team in theatre put me at ease so much it felt more like social event than an operation. The hospital itself is immaculate and so efficiently run. Thank you to everyone for such fantastic care.

I attended endoscopy today. The staff were wonderful and made me feel very confident and relaxed. The procedure was handled expertly and the consultant was very professional. The waiting room and the ward were comfortable and very clean. Covid-19 measures were in place and the whole experience was stress free and I would highly recommend this hospital. Fantastic hospital. So clean and welcoming. The waiting room is nice and relaxing and airy. Staff are so friendly, even on the phone. They are very helpful, and when they say that they will get back to you, that is what they do. The consultant I saw was outstanding, Provided a very honest and professional opinion/ advice. I did not feel rushed, and I felt he listened to my concerns. He appeared to put my health and best interest at the forefront of his practice. I would not hesitate recommended this hospital.

A visit to the hospital for an operation is never easy, but my consultant and all the staff were exceptional. Their level of care and compassion was so supportive and taylored to your needs and requests. Couldn't recommend it more. thank you.

I had a knee arthroscopy recently in Claremont hospital. Consultant was really good seemed honest and discussed procedure and what he hoped the outcome would be thoroughly. He also changed the list around to ensure I would be able to go home that evening. Anaesthetist was good I asked for a spinal and he was agreeable and encouraging too. Staff on the ward were nice and helpful too . Anaesthetist said he had prescribed plenty of pain relief postoperative Postoperatively I asked for painkillers and had to ask twice and wait 45 minutes for the medication .Other this I would have given 5 stars Think they were short staffed . Other than this was efficient service. Cleanliness was very good
