I had a day-patient appointment yesterday, Friday 21 June, which I was dreading. But the information beforehand was abundant and clear, and on the day, it went so well (also helped, of course, by a good outcome!). The nursing staff were superb, and the Consultant excellent, in terms of communication, humanity, and hitting that right note between expert and engaged. My thanks to Melissa H., Samuel Y., Ian the canula 'I won't hurt you' (he didn't), giggling Ms Happy, and everyone else whose names I've forgotten. You do a great job, and I appreciate you. *Thank you*

My partner and I were experiencing a miscarriage. They told us to hurry in but had us waiting 4 HOURS just to be seen by a doctor. We got there at 19:30, and my partner wasnt seen until 22:30/23:00!! Unacceptable and disappointing. To have a partner in pain and uncomfortable with not ONE nurse checking on her im appalled. I know im my heart if that was to happen to them they would NOT accept the lack of care and staff on your night sihifts.

Waiting times to be checked to see if you have cancer or not is ridiculous my daughter may have cancer or not is ridiculous.our family members have had or recovered from cancer is high.l lost my mom to cancer last year. For the lady on the phone to tell her she could be waiting a month or could be longer nothing she could do about it.not a good way to start or end a phone call.
