Bifold Network sheffield

Showroom could do with a makeover - it's looking very tired. Been twice and on first occasion had to shout through open office door for anyone to come out and give advice. On second occasion no-one even bothered to come out and help so we left. Customer service needs a definite boost.

Product is good,but aftersales very poor,they would not replace missing items,so we had to fetch them ourselves.Local staff and head office were not bothered,they just want your money,I will probably buy the same product for the rest of my windows and doors,but definately not from this branch.

Took some time to get correct parts after an error, but now that it's been resolved very happy with the new door.

From start to finish the whole service and end product has been and is fantastic. The team took time to help us understand and choose the right product. The team that completed the work were experienced and hard-working. The finished windows and doors have transformed our 1930’s property. Would highly recommend the team. We wanted something that hadn't been done before. A door with no bottom frame. The team at Bifold Network worked with us to achieve this and the result is amazing. Thank you and highly recommend.

Needed a window frame in a hurry, come back in an hour and it will be done, you can't get better service than that.
