Good service

The Lidget Compton garage its self is a very good product. The installation team however need to work on their customer relation skills as they didn't introduce them selves and proceeded to just walk onto the back garden and started work. They were quick and efficient and for the most part left a good finish. Apart from walking the concrete sections on their corners and breaking them away, instead of using the correct barrow for transporting them. They did promptly send out a guy to patch up the damage they had caused. My main gripe is the garage base which was laid by the ground workers recommended by Planet Garages, whom they say have done work for them for many years. It is at least six inches out of square and has water ingress under the front door of three feet when it rains. One of my neighbours who had the same team has water ingress for the full length of their garage when it rains. They eventually, to be fair it had been a rotten winter with few opportunities, came out and put a concrete fillet down the side of the garage to improve the appearance. They had also on a previous visit installed what they considered to be a reasonable weather board to prevent water ingress, which I am still trying to get them to change. The overall experience hasn't been a good one and i wouldn't recommend them.

Great service from these guys, answered my many questions promptly arrived on time and took my old garage away no problems. New garage arrived and was erected in a day and they left the place clean and tidy. Old garage is green door
