Horrendous service, their sales person who i won't name (Neil) wouldn't shut up telling me about how Anglian are premium and because i am a landlord i wouldn't want to pay for their Windows & Doors. It was almost like they were insulted that i contacted them for a quote. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!

They replaced my old door and windows. It took them more than a year to get the parts and make the changes. The sliding door for living room broken after a week. The door doesnt lock and there is a safety issue. I have been waiting over a week for the company to change the locks but apparantly they ordered the parts and it still not arrived and it could possibly take another a week for them to fix the issue. Just imagine your house door remains open for few weeks. I dont understand why it would take weeks to change one door lock. I have asked them to fix the safety issue asap but they are asking me to cover the cost for emergency call out. Why should i pay for this? I paid for a brand new door not a door that gets broken down after a week. Custumer service and quality is a big let down and the company is an ultimate flop.

Worst Service offered, initially booked a quote online , in 3 days time, however in the first 48 hrs been bombarded with calls from anglian home improvements asking the same info that i had supplied, not to mention on the day of the visit from the agent i was then contacted by the sheffield manager to confirm the appointment. once again i had explained the same information and the abuse i was getting constantly call me for no reason whatsoever. was promised that they would remove my number from there list. on the day of the quote(today-21-11-19) i had again received 4 calls from this company and then contacted by somebody to advised unfortunately agent won't be able to attend and give me a quote due to his wife being pregnant and taken to labour. honestly not a good experience at all. the worst part was the manager quoting me over the phone that it would cost £10,000. i don't care of the cost as long as the service and product(s) are at that level. DO STAY AWAY JUST BOTHERED ABOUT MAKING MONEY!
