Professional company from start to finish Jason was very knowledgable and not too pushy, Mark and Stafford were polite and Courteous they made sure the site was Left spotless and even gave me a demonstration of the Hormann door I had bought. Would recommend to anyone in fact my son will be using them for his garage door.

Engineer managed to repair our garage door and then made the bracket connection stronger by providing additional bolts. He explained exactly what he was doing and made sure that I undertood. Visit was scheduled exactly as I had asked. That really helped me at a difficult time with my husband in hospital.

Absolute disaster! Started by bringing wrong design of door where personnel entrance was not on the side requested. We then waited months for a missing part. The safety mechanism which prevented the main door opening whilst the personnel door was in use didn't work. A visit from manufacturer revealed that Zap doors hadn't even bothered to fit it! Main door panel on garage is all twisted and we now await a new one, plus fitting of door safety mechanism. This has been over a year. Avoid this company at all costs. Their fitters are very unprofessional, in fact, my husband had to explain how to fit some parts. Give this place a wide swerve. There are many other garage door suppliers out there who will be far better. I would NEVER recommend Zap garage doors. UPDATE: Yet another fitter has been and it STILL isn't fixed. 15 months and counting. You couldn't make this up.

I would like to recommend Zap Garage Doors. I had an external door fitted. From start to finish the experience was spot on. The quality of the door is outstanding and the gentleman that came to fit it was friendly and his attention to detail was perfect i couldn't be happier. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Mr Nicholson came out to do a survey was on time of given date and explained how things would be done in full. The guy's who did the job were brilliant. They have done an excellent job, cleared all the rubbish away and the garage door looks fantastic.

Garage door fitted by Paul and Bruce. The work was carried out very efficiently and the finished fitting was very neat. Left everything clean and tidy. Great job. Would recommend.
