Had nothing but trouble for the last 7 years they never phone you back when they say they will. 5 windows blown in 7 years but only a 5year guarantee on glass. Too many leaks to mention. Avoid at all costs !

Myself and my wife have used Crofton for a conservatory 20+ years ago and then we have just had an Orangery finished last month. We couldn't fault our experience. The chaps that did the work were polite and professional. The finished job is amazing and our friends and family love it. I can only say this is without doubt our favourite room in our home. We recently had a new front door installed and couldn't be happier. Customer service was exceptional. We were kept well informed along the way and all staff were friendly and helpful. The door was fitted and no mess was left at all.. not even any touch ups to paint were needed afterwards. Would definitely use Crofton again and would recommend to friends and family.

Just had our Orangery and replacement windows finished by Crofton Home Improvement Centre. Steve was able to change my wifes opinion of an open planned living space and I am so pleased he did. We don't know why we didn't do it earlier. Great service but more importantly a great price!

Recently had a orangery built by Steve and the team and the journey so far has been fantastic. We had several quotes initially but decided to go with Crofton due to us having the most confidence in them.
