Very good surgery, the receptionists are friendly and professional. If you have an emergency they are excellent at dealing with you as quick as they can. There is often a queue and sometimes you may have a short delay before your appointment but that's the same everywhere, they are a busy surgery but they take that in their stride and have always provided fantastic care for me and my family.

Absolutely the worst move down for uni and registered at this surgery and I regret not staying with my other doctor surgery. Waiting for almost an hour to get an appointment, or even a appointment due to my illness. Absolutely disgraceful receptionists who gives the place a bad reputation. Final straw was how the receptionist spoke to me for simply asking for repeat prescription to be sent electronically.

The surgery provides a great community service. The staff are friendly and helpful with care for patients. My Doctor is professional and caring & responsive. I have recently moved to Southampton and my move has been made easier because of the service I have received. Thank you all at St Mary’s & Telephone House.

Hard working staff and yet still cheerful against the odds. If you want the NHS tell your MP they are responsible for the cuts. The older we get the more we need services, that means not just me but thousands of others. I am aware that in the well used 'there are always others worse off than me' . I would like to 'go first' but then again so does everyone else. If you have an answer to this - get elected.

Appointments have always been easy to book especially if you have an emergancy. The doctors always seem knowledgeable and care unlike some places where you feel rushed. Staff have always been polite and helpful and have had appointments at short notice.

I live in Staffordshire, my darling moved down for university. Lauren became very poorly and needed to see a doctor. She had her PCR test results back and as expected they were normal. She needed so antibiotics and fast. I would like to thank the two lovely and very helpful ladies on reception for helping us get what she needed and helping my daughter. Thank you so much xx
