This practice has a terrible culture! DR’s are great, but trying to navigate through the admin and secretory layer is an experience I would warn against. I was appalled at how they treated me after uncovering that they had incorrect data on my records, it was up to me to prove it was wrong. At one stage a secretory even slammed the phone down on me. - I did eventually prove they had incorrect data on my file and it’s been changed, but without an apology! I am fortunate enough to also have access to private doctors, I would feel totally trapped if this was not the case. They are on another level when it comes to sloppy admin, rudeness and arrogance. - I totally get that the NHS are under a lot of pressure, but there is a level of courtesy required to do your jobs properly! Such a shame as the doctors are good.

Horrible way to work. Stone age system. The worst way of dealing with patients I've ever seen.

Big thank you to urgent care nurses and doctors that took care of my health conditions. This did start has a chest infection that started my asthma off and still have got chest tightness and my throat keeps inflamed up. I am doing my peak flow recording on paper twice a day from 10th of September had some highish and some low and i will show my Doctor on Wednesday next week. Peak flow meter every time i use it to blow out it hurts my chest does that meant my asthma getting worse and i have look up on it and that what it say. ? I hope you all enjoy looking at all those pictures. The 3 i painted on my laptop those take time to do but enjoy doing them. Take care and stay safe from Lynnette Dreayton. xx

Thank you to all the receptionists, nurses and doctors for all that they do. A special thanks to my GP, Sabine Akerman who has always been compassionate, friendly and helpful everytime I’ve seen her.
