Had bifold doors fitted and tge seals are constantly coming away. Keep trying to contact them but seems no one likes to answer the phone.

Fantastic job very clean an tidy blokes who just crack on with it cannot fault anything from price to workmanship would highly reccomend as I was also told by a colleague about them an certainly no regrets, cheers guys p.s the Bifolds look mint an transform the balcony with giving loads more space etc

Fantastic service, 2 fitters turned up to fit in our daughters very querky house. Fitters made sure everything was covered up and left rooms clean and tidy. Entertained us with smooth radio station, and we supplied the tea and coffee. Very professional reasonable priced. Would highly recommend

I had 8 window suppliers lined up to give estimates for 15 window and patio doors Only 5 turned up to give estimates Riverside windows were one of them they gave the cheapest estimate and could start in just 2 weeks from order Riverside make their own windows so no middle man there to worry about NO HIGH PREASURE SELLING !!!! I ordered up and the fitters turned up on the day they were here for 5 days a and the job was PERFECT I'm so glad I chose Riverside and so glad I bought local to me 6 months down the line and my window are great I can thoroughly recommend Riverside and so glad I made the right choice there are plenty of cowboys out there Thank you RIVERSIDE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE if your customer's was a recommendation send them my way Phil Barnett

Terrible service from the outset. I had to chase three times for a quote, once the quote was received and I wanted to go ahead, I had to keep chasing for an appointment. Then once fitted they forgot to provide the FENSA documentation or keys. 12 weeks after fitting I now have the FENSA certificate, but still no keys. They sent some keys, which were the wrong ones. I've emailed another three times and now I'm being ignored. Terrible service, avoid.

My husband was contacted by this company after leaving an online enquiry on their website. Was told that he would get a call to arrange a quote that week. Two and half weeks later , no call and he had to phone them. Spoke to someone called Adam who said the owner would contact us. My husband phoned back with another query and spoke to someone who said he would come round this afternoon , after a job he had in Dibden Purlieu. Surprise, surprise, no one turned up. If this is the level of customer service we have received just trying to get a quote, it doesn’t bode well for anything else. Needless to say , we won’t be using this company as it’s been a complete waste of our time !!

I already feel this is the best company...lovely lady on the phone ....very helpful...no hard sell. .can't wait to get our new door fitted.. can't thank them enough...
