Really nice company to do business with accommodated all of our requests and even fitted a cat flap included in the price. The fitters were really good and professional and apart from the door you would not know they had been. Only major problem is they dont take credit cards so you miss out on the extra consumer cover that this gives. Probably would have gone elsewhere had this been made clear beforehand.

I've not used this company but I was swore at and harrased by one of their van drivers today because he was in the wrong lane and made it my problem. Horns, middle fingers and main beams whilst getting to close to my cars while I'm carrying 6 month old child is pretty poor behaviour.

Avoid this company terrible people service, 30yrs only 8 !!!!! Reviews? Believe me father and son act like spoiled kids. Look elsewhere....beware please!

Just had a new kitchen external door fitted. I'm so happy with the results. The 2 chaps that fitted the door paid attention to details, clean and couldn't be more happy to help. Assets to their trade! The process of choosing the door was made really easy by the sales department. This company are a go to company if any doors or windows need replacing. Their easy attitude and no pushing for a sale was a breath of fresh air! I'm going to use Windows by Wise for my second home in the near future. Excellent from start to finish. Provided quick and very competitive quote. Scheduled installation exactly when we needed works done. Installation team were friendly,fast,very tidy and set the windows really well. All paperwork, warranties and certificates arrived promptly. We'll use them again for sure.

Had lean-to conservatory upgraded from wooden frames and plastic roof to PVCu frames and glass roof. The new conservatory is so much better, does not get as hot as the old one did in the summer and lighter because of the glass roof. The attention to detail was great and the finished job is fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.
