Bought an top spec macbook Pro from here and got the best service ever, I previously went into John Lewis and got terrible service so it was really nice to be treated so well. Good job!

Poor customer service, took phone in for a battery replacement and tried to sell me numerous new products. Lost interest when I didn’t want to purchase an overpriced reconditioned phone as there were no issues with my current, one apart from poor battery performance. As a 30 year old professional I have never been treated so badly in a store in my life. Manager has bad attitude and refused to take a complaint regarding the customer service levels in the store. I am a long time apple customer and will never purchase another product from this company again. Suggest if you are looking for phone repairs or a new phone look elsewhere.

An absolutely tremendous effort to support a loyal Apple customer with after sales care, the Genius Bar Staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with and will place themselves into the shoes of the consumer to help you solve any of your after care issues! This is the 2nd time I have had to return due to different issues with my IPad and I was served with outstanding professional service to come to a solution that worked for me! Thanks guys!

I took my laptop here when the haptic feedback stopped working. The staff were helpful, listened carefully to what I said, and tried various procedures to get it working. In the end they sent it off for repair. Impressive that all this was without direct cost to me.

Great place with a very airy spacious layout and from my experience very kind helpful staff. They are thorough when fixing issues and happy to chat with you. Really glad apple's customer service guided me there. Top marks for their support

A great service, We booked an appointment online to sort out our son's iPhone and found the whole experience brilliant. In particular the advisor we dealt with Calvin was extremely helpful and at all times we felt he had our best interests in mind and not selling us extra unwanted items Once again had great service here more recently when upgrading our daughters iPad , particular thanks to Luana and Emily
