Moss Green Surgery stoke-on-trent

I was there at ultrasound screening and i cannot complain about anything.. the receptionist were very kind, we didnt wait a long time and also the ultrasound doctors were nice to us

14 attempts to get through to reception over 45minutes. Shocking! Only to be told fully booked to capacity and to either call back tomorrow or visit the walk in centre. Considering this doctor's has 2 clinics it's hard to believe both are full. Time to change. MRS.M

Worst doctors ever!! Can never be able get in see anyone! Then when u do get through on the phones in the morning they tell u theres no slots left and to ring back!

This doctors surgery is absolutely terrible , and I would advise people join another surgery, I've phoned 103 times since 8am and when I finally got through told me there fully booked . Terrible service .

If I could give it a non star I would. Sit on the phone from 8.00 for 1 hour and 15minutes to be told all the appointments are gone! I never go to the doctors unless I need to. And when I try to get in I can't. What do they suppose you do? Absolute joke of a doctors.

My 16 attended for vaccine. Security led entrance. Good service

The worst GP ever! It’s impossible to ring them, and when you trying to go there and ask receptionist to book an appointment they are telling you that you need to call them. That’s ridiculous! And the worst part is that you can’t change the clinic

The worst place ever, they never answer phone call and cut lines at all the time, rood racist staff, if you different origin they show that they don’t like you and ignoring at all the time, don't give appointments with GP, pretending that are busy but if you go there it’s empty and they have a cup of tea chatting all day long, shame Disgusting rood attitude to patients that pay all this taxes to do not be able to use any NHS service because of this clinic

On hold forever and aday, to then be told the nurse is too busy to give travel advice. Was told to pay privately, so we asked for our travel inoculation record, the nurse was too busy to advise. The receptionist on the third phone call(where we managed to get through) said she could advise us of what we had had over the phone, only for us to then find out the records are not even accurate, as they had no inoculations on file, we have travelled a lot in the past ten years and have had inoculations at our previous surgery. I appricate that in these times this is not a medical emergency but just wanted some advice and also if I have to pay privately I don't want to pay for things I may have already had. I will also say that although they are too busy to administer any holiday inoculations I recieved a text immediately after the call of around 6 different slots that I could go and get my flu jab done on. So they must have some time for inoculation. The telephone hold system is a complete joke as well.
