Absolutely shocking, you have to wait weeks even months for appointments then when you get to the doctors there is no one there in the waiting room! They never answer phone on hold for 5 to 10 minutes and they hang up. I have tried for 3 days to get through to them. I am still trying now This is after them losing my results and me waiting 6 months for medication. Luckily it was not life threatening.

Thank you for looking after me. If there are a few problems we should understand how underfunded and overstretched the NHS is, and how doctor and nurse numbers are declining. If I'd had to fund my own treatment I would have gone bankrupt some years ago. We take too much for granted sometimes. These people are doing their best.

If i could give no stars I would. Can you please teach your receptionists how to answer the phone and not put it down the moment I get through after being on hold. There's a lot more I could say about this practice but won't waste my time. The practice seriously needs to refresh it's approach.

It's not the first time they done this on me and they get away with it . Customer service is poor and they just get away with it and make out its us getting days wrong etc when it's not staff need training on customer service and giving patients the right information

I'd like to thank the receptionists for getting me in to see a nurse. I'd like to thank the two nurses who assessed me and got me started on the road to recovery. Finally I'd like to thank the nurse who rang me at home to check on my progress and adjusted my medication. Your help and care is priceless. Thank you best wishes Carl Eardley

The nurses here have been very helpful when I've had an appointment. However trying to get past the receptionist for an appointment with the doctor is quite different. A week or so after I'd had quite a hard bang to my nose and head .I suspected I had broken my nose and wanted to get the doctor to check it for me and advise me accordingly. I was told to go a&e. I asked if the doctor couldn't check it for me and if need be refer me for an x-ray . I was told I couldn't queue jump . And the doctor couldnt do me an xray referal. To which I was flabbergasted! My intention wasn't to queue jump ! It was actually to NOT waste the emergency services time if I didn't need too. Given they are already over stretched with the current situation. Great customer services . Perhaps not

Although I am not a patient, I recently received text messages for my 12 year daughter to book a Covid vaccination, she aslo isn't a patient. I was extremely annoyed as to why I was receiving the texts and how they had our contact details etc. Long story short, I telephoned and spoke to Carol, who was extremely helpful she checked this out for me, explained why she believed we were getting them and then, after giving her some details, went into my daughter's records to check a box that would stop us from been mithered about getting the vaccine. I am extremely grateful and can not fault her professionalism. Thank you Carol.
