First time I have been to a doctors appointment in years. Excellent first time experience with this surgery. The reception staff are some of the best I have encountered.

The doctor i saw was rude,arrogant talking over me wouldnt let me speak so i couldnt even say what the problem was ! Everytime i did say something he would say in a minute Literally rushed my appointment through I left feeling so angry and will make sure i do not have this horrible doctor again !

The doctors ignore test results, don't do referrals to consultants unless you issue multiple complaints and are absolutely fine to leave you suffering even if you point our they are breaking standard procedure and common sense

Great surgery. The girls on reception are really helpful and always do their very best to help. Doctors receptionists seem to have a bit of a 'reputation' but the girls at our surgery are just great as are the doctors and nurses. The only negative point that I'll make is that we do seem to have a bigger turnaround of doctors than I'd like but I believe this isn't a problem with just our surgery but more of a general shortage of go's.

Just would like to say thank you to the reception ladies and to Nurse S.G . Thank you for the care and compassion you all showed towards my daughter and a very stressed out mum. Your kindness and patience will never be forgotten. Thank you
