This Surgery have gone over and above to accommodate my fathers Care and Needs the Reception staff Deb and Maxine are kind and considerate . I cant rate them Highly enough , may this excellent work continue . Thank you for everything cant praise you enough

If they say they will ring you in the am, it'll be 3pm. One doctor I told about my joint issues despite being on codeine for 3 months, prescribed me paracetamol and neurofen, for some strange reason was asking me about the gym and where I go on holiday, literally changing the subject from my issue, and was dressed in what I can only describe as a tracksuit. Completely unprofessional. Receptionists couldn't care less, even if you are number 1 in the queue, you still wait ages.

Not had issues with getting care quickly over the phone and the sending photos over secure link while on the phone to nurses is great. However I've been left feeling angry after going to get my baby's injections. The nurse told me I was late and attempted to guilt trip me, by saying I was making the next mum and baby wait out in the cold. In actual fact I got there 3 minutes before my appointment time and rung the bell, which took them 5 to 10 minutes to answer; and then another 5 mins outside waiting for the nurse in the snow with a small baby. Not happy with how I was treated today. I'm also not sure why they can't let vulnerable patients, like the elderly or small children, use the waiting room with social distancing in place. Waiting with me today was an elderly lady who should not have been out in the cold, either. EDIT: Changing my review because now you can only get appointments for the same day. You can spend an hour on hold, get through the call que, only be told there's no more appointments and try again tomorrow. This was for a child to be seen. Also had trouble getting a child's prescription as was not sent over to the pharmacy.

Reception staff are worst I have ever dealt with the doctors are amazing but talking to receptionist they are blunt harsh unhelpful and outright rude at times. Not forth coming with advise or resolutions. They do the bare minimum. Very disappointed and offended wouldn't recommend

I rang for my niece the woman I spoken to was very rude got angry at me on the phone and was nasty I wouldn't recommend this surgery!!
