You made me feel at ease about a procedure I was dreading for my son. You explained everything thoroughly and really looked after him. He cried for around 10 minutes when we brought him home, after he woke up from a nap he was back his usual self I was so surprised. Thank you so much!

Our overall experience was very good.

Sadly using this clinic ended up with my boys and myself enduring the most traumatic experience to date. The staff were friendly and explained much of the procedure, I went into the operating room where the anaesthetic was administered. We were shown to a recovery room, once the boys came round and had a biscuit we were quickly encouraged to leave.. one of the boys needed the toilet but became so distraught in pain despite the fact we had been informed that pain relief lasted 6 hours, the staff had no idea how to deal with this situation and evidently panicked.. my second son soon after started screaming in pain. We were ushered out, both boys screaming and crying unable to even wear pants. For the journey home both boys screamed in pain, aftercare was non existent.. one of my sons quickly got infected and had to go to A and E where the staff were so shocked at his pain and surgery they administered morphine. I called and text Weston surgical care but no one answered or replied to me for weeks, both boys took over 13 weeks to recover and still suffer psychological trauma. Please any mother or father considering circumcism do not bring your child here.. 3 years on and I’m still dealing with the aftermath of scaring and uneven stitching.. let alone all the mental anguish. In all honesty I believe this surgical centre should be shut down immediately.

Hi all I had a good friends and neighbours used this surgery for there children and babies and they all liked it as the good services provided by the doctors and staffs.

I came here 7 years ago and had the procedure explained, I went for the no bleed treatment no ring required either. Procedure took approximately 20 mins, my son was asleep when he awoke he was crying and in pain giving him breastmilk seemed to help calm him down. I was given aftercare advice aswell. My son healed within 2 days. Swelling & redness turned into a healthy pink and most of all my baby was fine n able to pee without pain. Following advice by the doctor who performed the surgery on my son really did speed up my sons recovery.

Took my son here first time mum and having to experience a circumcision I was really worried about it. However the staff were exceptional. Made me feel at ease. The surgeon sat me and my husband down before the procedure and explained everything to us clearly. We were able to go inside with our son until he was ready to have the procedure. Once the procedure was done my son came out sucking his finger with the surgeon and ready for a feed. After care was really good always on hand to answer questions queries via phone. Would highly recommend.
