Tried to book an appointment and after being on hold...in an automated system for 20 minutes, I decided to try another day! Frustrating, especially as this is a private hospital and I would expect phones to be answered.

Would recommend hospital to everyone, I was only in for one day, the care I received was brilliant. The nurses made you welcome Emma and May thank you. Mr Gommersell and the anaesthetist were great, Andy who came to take me to theatre made me feel so relaxed easy to talk to. The ladies that sorted the food were also very pleasant . In all the service is exceptional thank you to everyone.

Fabulous care during my recent hysterectomy. Mr Misra was outstanding in his expertise and brilliant manner of reassurance. All nurses and assistants were absolutely fabulous and I felt incredibly well looked after. A special mention to the two nurses Anastasia and Lizzie who looked after my every need during recovery - their professionalism and friendly manner really made a huge difference x

Amazing care, I had to stay longer than the 1 night that was anticipated due to unforeseen complications. All staff amazing. Worth every penny to have basically 1:1 care when you're unwell. Rooms could do with an update but the place was spotless and my room cleaned every day.
