Tunstall Garden Buildings UK Ltd stoke-on-trent

It has now been a number of years since we employed Tunstalls to build us a holiday chalet. We now have had time to step back and consider in a calm and more reasonable way our Tunstall building and the Tunstall management. The Tunstall planning was impressive. The build started well but before it was finished the foreman said they had not worked out the cost properly and if we wanted it completed we would have to pay more. We could not afford it and the Tunstall workers walked away. Sadly our holiday chalet turned from a dream into a nightmare. It took me two years to finish the building work myself. If you use Tunstalls make sure that you get what you ask for. We discovered that things were often similar to what we asked for but not quite right, Tom McDougal

Tunstalls built and installed an excellent large workshop for my client. It arrived on time (just 8 weeks from commission) and was erected within a week. All the members of the team on site and Becky in the Tunstalls headquarters were brilliant to work with and extremely accommodating and efficient. It’s a relief to find a company who see a project through without any issues at all. I’ll definitely use them again!

We very much appreciated the knowledge and expertise of the Tunstall Garden Building team during the design phase and we found our two visits to the Tunstall Garden Buildings show site at Tunstall, Stoke on Trent were very helpful and informative. The contemporary garden building designed was very much bespoke to enable the views of the garden to be enjoyed to their full potential and all of the building details from the timber cladding to the roof design were all taken care off by the team. The Tunstall Garden Building team delivered and constructed the contemporary garden building with pride and efficiency, the attention to detail from the whole team including the installers, electrician and plasterers was of the highest quality. The contemporary garden building fits into the garden superbly and maximises the views of the garden from the glass sliding doors and the two feature side windows. The cedar wood cladding, laminate floor, silver chrome sockets and contemporary lights really finish the building off. Once again we send our sincere thanks to the Tunstall Garden Building team for a wonderful service and we would highly recommend the Tunstall Garden Building team. Absolutely amazing service. Shed was made to the highest standard. The lads that built it were polite, professional and at the same time had a good laugh. Staff at shed factory were also amazing. Cant thank you enough x

I had my hobby shed installed today and I am so very pleased with it. The fitters were very polite and super quick. I cannot fault the customer service I received from placing the order to installation. Nothing was too much trouble for Simon and Jackie. Thank you.

Doesn't even rate zero star. Why?. You phone a company to ask politely for some advice and ask about sizes and get the phone put down on you. One word shocking!! Avoid at all costs. Rude and need to realise customers can choose to shop anywhere. **Thank you fo your reply, as I also said on the phone it was not you who answered, you were more than polite, its the gentleman that needs to learn manners, nothing ever wrong with saying I'll take your number and call you back. slamming the phone down on a customer is disgusting **
