Really nice staff. They helped me when I turned up to the wrong Boots opticians... In the wrong city o_0. I wanted to use Boots opticians because it's the most reputable opticians I have remembered since I was little, when I really think about it. I used to get a lolly for putting up with the eye drops bit :). Over the years they have always kept a good professional manner. The staff are kind and, sincerely funny. The optician was very thorough and accurate, he double checked everything to ensure no false positives. Quick also. I am really happy about everything they have done.

Me first prescription! After an extensive, but not uncomfortable exam, I was fitted for a pair of reading glasses which were ready for pick-up in only four days. Everyone on staff were friendly and competent, with genuine concern that I walked out with a pair of functional, good looking glasses at a reasonable price.
