Key Property Lawyers. What can one say? Well, an obvious ‘Thank you’ to Janette for doing all the work – and of course to Martin for his able assistance and general chasing. And then there’s Toby. If you can see past the wide load sign on his rear end and the casters he’s had surgically implanted to help support his hugely huge belly you’ll find quite an interesting person within – even though he’s ginger. Despite his obvious love of 1970’s ‘Man at C&A’ suits and a choice of ties that leaves even the most poker faced crying with laughter he does manage a quite capable operation. In my case he achieved the seemingly impossible (well, Janette did) with a turnaround time I think it best not to mention as everyone will want the same, something even I recognise is not possible. This company deserves 100stars. Toby and his team are the BEST our there!! We were so so so impressed with everything they have done for us!! Toby helped us to get everything over the line in under 3 months, even though the vendors' solicitors did not send through their documents until one month into the process. Now we have moved in to our new place, we still can't stop talking about how amazing Toby and his team are. Toby is very straight forward and he tells you what's right and how things need to be, which makes everything very clear to us and easy to understand. Toby is also very communicative. Despite how busy he is, he always walked me through all my questions and made sure I understand everything. Very importantly, Toby made us feel incredibly protected throughout the whole process. It was a great feeling knowing Toby would not let anything bad happen to us and no one invade our rights in any way. I cannot express enough how safe and comfortable we felt from the beginning to the end. We had dealt with other solicitors previously (who actually had quite high ratings), but we could just tell Toby and his team are simply on a whole different level!!
