Very unresponsive business. 3 emails and two telephone calls, with a promise to respond with the latter not followed through. I just don't know how a professional services business can operate like this. If they're too busy or I'm too small to be profitable I completely understand that - but just have the courtesy to say. I've gone elsewhere.
