The gentleman made you feel welcome, made you a coffee, walked round with you at times, also gave you some space at the same time. Disappointing that the 2 women didn't do any work. I'm sure there would be something they could do

Great store and exceptional service from Lisa our sales assistant. Started with the "Sleepmatch", a great bit of tech where you lie on the test bed and the system makes a full assessment of your optimal mattress requirements based on your build, preferred sleeping positions and any pre existing physical conditions which may be making lying down less than optimally comfortable. At the end of the assessment, the system prints out a report with a suggested choice of mattresses best suited to your individual requirements, which is when the fun part of the experience starts; trying out the various options to see which one feels the best. We chose a great mattress, the whole experience was fun, and we are looking forward to it being delivered shorty!
