Fantastic on Service & Price I have used BCF in several occasions and can honestly say they provide flawless service both in the shop & by the fitters in your home. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of products too. Keep up the good work!

A very big thank you for doing such a great job with re-flooring our shop. We are very pleased with the result and the team were efficient and courteous and worked after hours on two evenings to get it done without affecting business. Thank you very much.

We had our office carpet replaced with laminate flooring, the shop managed to find a perfect match to our existing laminate, were able to accomodate our request to change our booked fitting to a week earlier and did the work in a really quick time. The guy who fitted it was lovely and did a great job. Really pleased with the quality and how good it looks. Thank you!

I am utterly appalled at the service provided by this company. They came and measured up all rooms and the carpet was chosen but when the fitter turned up, he was extremely rude and when asked for him to use shoe protectors or take his shoes off he refused and proceeded to walk all over my brand new carpet with his shoes on. Why it is not standard practice to do this all the time confuses me. There is no doubt that it should absolutely be followed through if requested by the customer even if not usual protocol. The carpet is very poor quality (the fitter explained that there is underlay on the other side which is inaccurate, it is simply the backing and so no comfort at all) and has been fitted to a horrendous standard, it is actually bubbling in some places around the skirting board. I have an open plan kitchen and living room so I had a carpet gripper to separate the laminate flooring in the kitchen and the carpet in the living room, a 90 degree angle in the gripper was required but this was too much for the fitter, he failed to make a straight line as he chose to cut the gripper by eye so wasn't a surprise that the end result was an eyesore. I called up and after multiple excuses they sent some one else to have a look and redo it. The company thought it would be a good idea to send the same man back, the consequence of this was that it was worse than the first time. I called again to complain and get it redone to a professional standard and after requesting a different fitter, they sent someone who came and replaced one side of the gripper and cut it using a special tool which ensures the line is straight (why this wasn't used the first and second times baffles me). He also cut the existing opposite side also to straighten the edge without realising that this would inevitably make it shorter so is now an inch away from the skirting board. I called up and queried this and again they were so rude on the phone but they promised me they would come over without providing me with a date and hung up before I could request one. This was more than a month ago and I have not heard from them since. I will get this gripper replaced by someone who is competent in what they do and I have had enough of dealing with this awful company. It is safe to say that I will never be using this unprofessional and incompetent company again and would suggest others look elsewhere.
