Nice lads working there, but completely ignored what I asked for (just needed a tidy up on the sides to get through the next 2 weeks) and ruined the structure of my hairstyle. Will take at least 2 months of awkward length to get the weight back in the required areas. Worth an extra few quid to go into Bath centre and get a more tailored cut.
