i've been coming here for years! why? because it's awesome, the staff have always been really helpful and freindly (i also want awesome and well presented nails, not some portsmouth gremlin nails!). simples. it always has what i need, which may not be as varied as others, but it's always good quality and i'm helped with a smile. recommended. thank you so much. xo.

I have visited this store a few times and had positive experiences, however the last one was rather disappointing. After one store member was very helpful, his manager proceeded to undo all the good work by being rude and inflexible, and offered no assistance. The store has a wide range of products but for most buyers, experienced and helpful sales staff is essential in order to purchase appropriate products

Couldn't have asked for better service. Decided to bleach up my roots at home and asked the sales advisor for help finding the right products. He took me through the products and things to consider when diy bleaching and I was out of the shop with everything I needed within minutes.
