The Magnet kitchen, now that it is fitted, is excellent. We are both very pleased with it. However, if you are looking for an efficient and trouble-free design, delivery and installation I suggest you look elsewhere. I cannot comment on Magnet fitting as a local fitter was used who, fortunately, has the skills required to overcome shortcomings in the design. I could tell you how my delivery was arbitrarily cancelled, without informing me, because of an administrative error causing a two week delay. I could tell you about the numerous items missing from the delivery including cabinet handles. I could tell you how the cabinet handles were eventually delivered but were the wrong ones. I could tell you about how I was charged for an appliance that was supposed to be a free offer in the deal I agreed. OK, Magnet eventually refunded me a small sum (which fell far short of the cost of the free appliance) that I had suggested as a compromise because I am a reasonable man. I could go on but I won’t. Dealing with Magnet and its employees destroys the will to live let alone write a review.
