The lady assistant was professional, not pushy, but could answer any questions thrown at her. She was approachable with a warm but efficient and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate in referring anyone to go and see her for advice on beds and mattresses. An all round good experience.

The in store experience was excellent; all three staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. It was the little details about the delivery which knocked you down from a 10 to a 6. You dismantle the bed to make it easier for your deliverymen then want to charge us £25 for putting it back together! The deliverymen will not wear shoe covers to protect our new carpets as they have to buy their own ( £3 for 100 pairs?) The deliverymen were excellent and removed their shoes but had not been told of the requirement to take away the old bed. They did as we asked but were not allowed to take the old headboard. Why ever not? They were saying good bye and halfway out of the door when I pointed out that we had paid for the assembly of the new bed. Again, they had not been told. Excellent staff, rubbish organisation.

I feel totally ripped off on this purchase. I spent over £2000 on this bed with the assurance that the frame was rock solid and the headboard would not wobble at all. The frame is badly made, the drawers are not in line and was broken when it arrived, it now does not sit straight. The headboard is very wobbly and this is totally unacceptable. I have called and complained but am still being forced to go through a process of "repair". I do not want a brand new bed to be "repaired". I am sleeping on the floor, whilst waiting for the "repair" as I am not using this bed - I am a recovering cancer patient, I am not well. I am very upset about this.
