AJ Removals bath

AJ Removals was recommended by a friend to me for our move from London to Bath (which is not a place for inexperienced removal firms to try and deliver to!). Their local expertise made all the difference; besides which they provided an excellent packing and removal service. A likeable, friendly and professional team they worked very well together and took all the stress out of the removal process. Definitely recommended.

We only moved about 400 yards, but at an extremely busy time (the end of the stamp duty 'holiday') AJ found time to fit us in, were flexible, polite, professional and a joy to deal with. I'm sure they're not the cheapest option but we were really pleased to have chosen them - on the strong recommendation of a friend and neighbour who has used them many times. Big thumbs up.

This is now the 3rd time I've used AJ Removals & Deliveries Ltd and I've never had a bad experience. Their team are friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. This move went as smoothly as I think is possible and we were moved in and the last piece of furniture re-assembled by 3pm! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My parents used this removal service in February and they have had terrible customer service since and I encourage you all to look at using another removal company... They just don't care and they are liars. This followed minor damage to items that they had packed, not delivered and then found in the lorry days later after my folks had called them about missing items, they then made up a story about hit being with empty boxes they collected and that it must have been damaged once they received it a second time. It's a complete fabrication and they should be shamed for it. My elderly parents paid a huge amount of money, no customer care, not even an apology, that's all my parents wanted. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PLEASE.
