My dentist is very great, organised dental practice

Clean surgery but their time keeping is horrendous. Delays of 30 to 40 mins is normal. Never seen on time.

Excellent dentist surgery,would highly recommend

2022 edit: reception staff has improved much recently so it’s only fair I raise my review from 1 star to 4. But 5 stars to all clinical staff: dentists, hygienists & nurses- Thankyou for your care, the private dentists of Bath could learn much from you 🙏 2019: Nearly always very poor receptionists here. They see you waiting to speak with them yet they leave you standing as they answer the phone instead. . They’re also mostly grumpy, unhelpful and incompetent. The hygienist staff are lovely and able tho and the only good thing about the place. If you have any choice, which most of us don’t, go elsewhere

Absolutely love this practice it's so well run I'm never kept waiting infact if I'm early I'm often seen before my time and always greeted by Christos as if I'm an old friend he's just so lovely, very professional and and very kind and his assistants are lovely too..The reception is manned by friendly and efficient staff who always seem to be happy to help. I think dentistry is expensive wherever you go but the service I got was second to none and the results amazing .thank you Christos and the team your all brilliant.

Quite nice dentists and competent but the receptionist and the manager are just rude and incompetent. I am registered with this practice as NHS patient but they removed me form the list. They did the same with a friend of mine. He called for an appointment and the receptionist said he is no longer on the NHS list. He called after 2 moths and surprisingly he was taken as NHS patient. They are basically liars and scamming people. When I was trying to get some clarification on why I was removed from the NHS list I was accused by the receptionist of being rude. I told her if she thinks I am rude she needs to find another job. I am in pain and they refused to give me the medical care that would stop the pain. The receptionist and the manager are greedy and all what they are looking for is money. It is a shame to see this in Great Britain. What is great about Britain if they let a receptionist and a manager with this kind of attitude towards NHS Patients to run this dental surgery. I have looked at other reviews and they share the same view about the reception and management staff. People were on the right to complain about the management ad the reception staff. Please avoid this practice at all costs.

I see Dr Ioannis Birlirakis for skin aging treatment and I’m all so happy with the results. My confidence is up and I feel better in my skin. Dr Ioannis uses top quality Botox and Fillers and is super gentle when applying the products. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Staff are always so lovely! Can honestly say I enjoy coming to the dentist! 😱
