Edgar Buildings Dental & Implant Clinic bath

A few weeks ago I received root canal treatment. The procedure was performed over 2 sessions with a follow up to crown and protect the work. If I think about what I would like from my dentist for any visit it would be foremost for the treatment to be successful; it was. For it to be comfortable; it was and for me to have confidence in the people and environment; I did. I cannot recommend the team at Edgar Buildings Surgery more highly especially Ray and Sally plus Sally and Joanne who carried out the work.

I've been going to Sally ever since I was a kid and she has been incredibly friendly and professional the whole time. I also recently had some Endodontic treatment carried out by Ray and he made sure I was very informed on what the procedure would be, how it would work and what to keep in mind. He was professional and reassuring and the work was carried out without fault. I am very happy with the results and have no reservations about recommending Ray or Sally to anyone.

All I wanted for Christmas were my two front teeth - and I got them and much, much more! Having just completed about 18 months of root canal fillings, crowns and implants I wanted to say a huge thank you to Philip, Ray and the whole team at Edgar Buildings for really outstanding work. I am SO delighted with the results. Everyone was extremely caring and professional and the standard of their work is superb. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending them most highly to anyone.

Superb dentists and service. Although not cheap, it will work out cheap in the long run when I keep my teeth! I recommend this practice and am so glad I moved to it from my previous dentist in Trowbridge. If you want a good dentist, look no further.

I have recently completed endodontic treatment - essentially replacing an old and (not very good) root filling which had been giving me trouble. Both Sally and Ray have been excellent, constantly keeping me informed and relaxed. Despite fairly extensive work, I have had no need for pain relief after any intervention. I would highly recommend.

I registered as a new patient, and got the appointment on the same week. This implied that getting any necessary treatment would be fairly quick as well. However, after having my checkup, it turned out that the first available appointments to actually get any treatment done are 6 weeks from now. This includes appointments to replace a temporary filling I got during an emergency appointment at the clinic. The lead time for a dentist to just review a referral and recommend further course of treatment after the emergency appt is longer than a week. I feel like reception should disclose the situation to new patients before booking them in. That said, the dentist I saw was very thorough, friendly and professional, and if it wasn't for the long waiting times, I would have been happy to stay with the practice.

Sebastian is very clear with his treatment suggestions, so I am able to make my decisions. I’m confident with the safety in the clinic , plenty of visible cleaning and care.

I've been with my dentist Sally Davies at Edgar Buildings bath for a number of years and was a nervous wreck to start with (as she would confirm) but due to her care, expertise and approach, have lost my fear of dentistry and my absolute dread of attending for check- ups and cleaning. This was my first time of seeing Jackie, the Hygienist, and I was a bit apprehensive, but I needn't have worried. All round it is great experience with caring experts.

Great practice with caring staff who are excellent at what they do. Consistently great!
