Bought spare parts to fix a watch strap, asked Goldsmiths as a jeweller to fix it, on the phone I was told £10 with free returns for life. Journeyed into town and was told by the lady "We can't use those parts" / "We can't swap the straps / they are about 1mm different" - I couldn't see it. Took watch home to repair it myself and the strap parts were within 0.08mm (measured on verniers). Fixed it myself within 5 minutes with tools in my shed. Poor service, poor (estimation) skills, poor customer relations, and poor show. Avoid.
