Made an appointment to have some custom insoles fitted. They started by doing a 3D scan of my feet. This took exact measurements and identified which insoles would be best. I went for the Impact ones as these are for my running shoes. These were then custom fitted to my feet. Super easy and quick process. Can’t have taken more than half an hour. The guy who served me was really friendly. They also had a BOGOF offer on and an extra 10% off if you signed up to their loyalty scheme. This made the insoles really reasonable.

I was very impressed with the time and care taken by my podiatrist Katie. A professional approach whilst supportive, warm and friendly. It was great to have the consultation, computer analysis of my foot and customised insoles all done there and then. I left with a better understanding of the cause of my foot pain and how to improve it with special exercises along with the new insoles. All in all a very positive experience and hopefully over time an improvement in my foot pain!

Fantastic service from Eva in the store. She's incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and provided personable service on what looked like a very busy day! Explained all the science and reasons behind what they do and I've noticed a vast improvement already. Highly recommended.
